This treatment lifts and tones the skin by the use of a combination of lymphatic drainage, alongside specific lifting and sculpting movements.

I can offer you a back massage, or feet and legs. Or you may be in need of a head, neck and shoulder massage, or an abdominal massage. We can chat about your specific requirements when you book.
Using a unique blend created just for you on the day. These treatments can help boost your circulation and support your immune system. Helping to relieve tension and ease pain.
Aromatherapy can also help with the symptoms of anxiety as the combination of the oils and massage can help calm your nervous system.

Aromatherapy Workshops
A series of mixing and blending workshops run throughout the year.
You will learn to create your own blends and find out how essential oils can support you.
All workshops include a delicious home made lunch and refreshments.
These run from High Kelling just outside of Holt. A very relaxing and calm space, where you can focus on yourself and take a break from the outside world.
