I am so glad that you are here

For many reasons I firmly hold the belief that ‘The greatest wealth is health’.

My name is Helen and as a facilitator, coach, writer and creative, I have been working in my practice ‘Nurture Health and Wellness’ since 2011. I am passionate about supporting and empowering women.

“Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better” - Maya Angelou

I believe that most people know what to do to improve their wellbeing however, they experience a gap between knowing what they need to do and actually doing it. I help and support my clients as they bridge that gap.
As a facilitator and coach I specialise in behavioural change, and through my training I am able to help my clients to identify how to make the most effective changes to their life. I then work alongside them as they put these into practice until they become part of their lifestyle.

Through interactive, informative workshops, day retreats and coaching sessions, I assist women who want to focus on making positive changes. Shifting the focus to more self-care and to creating a feeling of well-being.

Whether for groups or individuals, I offer tailor-made tools to re-think habits and lifestyle practices, resulting in ‘the best we can be’.

How am I qualified to help you?

I am an NLP Coach too and hold my NLP Business Practitioner diploma. NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a form of applied psychology and the study of human behaviour. This has informed me to always look at developing New (N) Learning (L) Patterns (P) which helps me on a personal level and with clients.

I hold a degree in Art and Design History and also a diploma in Interior design. I have a deep love of colour and paint as a result. I am also a Clinical Aromatherapist and a fully qualified Health Coach.
I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw on having working in the corporate world before setting up my own practice in 2011.

All of this experience and training helps me to support and guide women who want recapture their flow and creativity. Help them to thrive as they find their way forward into their next chapter.

As a clinical aromatherapist I am a proud member of IFPA, who ensure the highest educational standards are met and their core values upheld. They have a presence in 52 countries and offer advice, training and education. You can learn more about their organisation below. Essential oils are also woven into in all of my workshops, retreats and circles.
