What can you expect? And what are previous participants saying?

My goal is to help you through times of transition and for you to emerge the other end with your sanity intact, a smile on your face, and any information that can help you to create and
‘write’ your next chapter.

The workshops that I run will help to provide you with the tools that you need to navigate your way through life at what may be a challenging time, or perhaps a time of change. Aromatherapy workshops will help you learn more about how essential oils can support you. You will create your own products and enjoy homecooked food.

These are held in High Kelling, just outside of Holt and also at Wildflower which is in the town itself.

For Aromatherapy Massage and 1:1 Health and Wellness Coaching, I work in my treatment room at Holt Holistic Centre, which is in the heart of Holt, North Norfolk so you can find me here click below.

Finally, people are waking up to prevention is better than cure. If you wait until you are burnt out, exhausted and unable to function, then it is a very long way back to good health. Here I speak from personal experience

My goals are that through these workshops we can create a real connection, create a space where there is no judgement, a place where you can feel safe and secure

It is time to shine the light on self-care and to create habits and rituals that you can use daily, as part of a healthy routine for your body and your mind

“Helen’s workshop was as illuminating as it was informative, however it is Helen’s ability to open up honest conversation that makes it work”
