    You can create a vision for the months ahead. Refocus and reflect. Using art materials and collage to create your own ‘vision board’.

    Getting clearer about what comes next and how this might look and feel. The aim is that you will leave feeling clearer and more positive about the way forward.

  • Women's Circles

    Coming together in a weekly women’s circle is a chance to reflect, share and be held in a calm and relaxing space.

    Also the chance to take some time for yourself to journal and also to relax in guided meditation.

    I look forward to welcoming you to a circle very soon.

  • Weekend Retreats

    We also run day and weekend retreats in the UK and also overseas.

    For these I often team up with other practitioners in order to give you a really nurturing and nourishing experience.

    We do have our own amazing chef too, so the food alone is well worth the trip!

    A day retreat called ‘Escape to the Meadow’ is coming again next Spring. Date to be confirmed. This is with myself and a wonderful practitioner called Alice in Postwick, Near Norwich.

I attended Helens fabulous Menopause workshop earlier this year. Just the right balance of information and discussion. Helen skilfully guided us through a fascinating journey aimed at preventing many of the issues which can be experienced on the Menopause journey: physical, emotional and mental. A small group of women ensured good group cohesion and safety.

Workshops mainly run from High Kelling just outside Holt in North Norfolk. A little leafy oasis of calm where a warm welcome awaits.

We are surrounded by open fields, woodland and the big skies of the stunning north Norfolk countryside
