Workshops and Retreats

  • How to practice self-care for a happier healthier menopause

    An interactive and open format.

During this workshop we look specifically at the areas of identity and resilience and how to navigate this stage of life in the most positive and creative way.

  • How essential oils can support you at midlife

An interactive course where you learn all about the power of essential oils and how these amazing aromas can support you at times of transition.

You will create your own blend and enjoy reconnecting to the power of nature in peaceful surroundings.

  • Unlocking your creativity and flow, creating a vision for midlife and beyond

An immersive workshop looking at the power and meaning of colour.

You can create a vision for the year ahead, using art materials and collage to create your own ‘vision board’. Getting clearer about what comes next and how this might look and feel. It is our aim that you will leave feeling positive and clear about the way forward.

  • Retreats

We also run weekend retreats in the UK and overseas and often team up with other practitioners to give you a wonderful experience.

An August retreat is in the planing and will be announced soon.

I offer a variety of different workshops, all with a strong focus on self-care and connection.
Also working on recapturing your creative flow and inner fire

I attended Helens fabulous Menopause workshop earlier this year. Just the right balance of information and discussion. Helen skilfully guided us through a fascinating journey aimed at preventing many of the issues which can be experienced on the Menopause journey: physical, emotional and mental. A small group of women ensured good group cohesion and safety.
I would thoroughly recommend this workshop especially if you are a woman in your early 40s. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!!”

Helen’s delivery of her Menopause workshop was very professional, authentic and her passion for this topic is inspiring for like-minded ladies. It was informative, friendly and full of content for making self-care a priority. In addition I learnt about hormones, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle tips. As a result I came away with a clear action plan for changing habits and living a healthier lifestyle!”

Together we will always look at the best and most creative ways to manage and balance the stresses of life.

It is our aim that our participants leave feeling calm, relaxed, inspired and ready to face whatever comes next

Our venue is ‘the nest’ a beautiful converted barn set in nature in the village of Kettlestone.

This lovely village is surrounded by open fields and the big skies of the north Norfolk countryside

Exceeded expectations – super informative, relaxed and left me wanting more.
